Warehouse stock is “sold as seen” the buyer is responsible for assessing the condition of the item(s) prior to purchase. The seller is not liable for any defects, marks, scratches or other blemishes and the seller is not providing any representation about the quality or purpose of the goods. Sold as seen goods are accepted at point of signature and no disputes will be entertained once the goods are signed for. All warehouse stock is none returnable. Refusal of delivery will incur a restocking charge, and delivery fees are non-refundable.
